These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plumbera website and the plumbing services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including leak detection and pipe repair, drain and sewer cleaning, water heater repair and installation, fixture installation, inspections, and 24/7 emergency response. All work is performed by licensed, insured plumbers in accordance with applicable codes.
Appointments & Access
- Appointment times are arrival windows. We’ll notify you if a plumber is running late.
- An adult (18+) must be present and provide safe access to the work area, main water shut-off, and water heater.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may incur a trip fee.
Emergency Calls
Emergency service outside regular business hours may carry an after-hours rate, which we’ll confirm before dispatching. Our first priority on any emergency call is to stop the water and make the situation safe. If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility or 911 first.
Quotes & Payment
We provide upfront, written pricing before any work begins. If we discover additional problems, we’ll stop and get your approval before doing extra work. Payment is due when the job is complete unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit, and checks.
Warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the completion date. Parts, fixtures, and water heaters are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, which we’ll help you register. Warranties don’t cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, freezing, flushing of non-flushable items, or normal wear.
Permits & Code
Where work requires a permit, we’ll pull it and schedule the inspection; permit fees are listed on your quote. If we find existing conditions that don’t meet code or are unsafe, we’ll explain the issue and may be unable to proceed until it’s corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage inside walls, under slabs, or in buried lines, or indirect and consequential losses.
